CQB stainless steel magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as CQB magnetic pump) is an upgraded product of CQ magnetic drive pump. The internal structure and hydraulic model of the pump casing and impeller of this series of magnetic pumps have been re optimized and designed. All models are equipped with a base, which increases the stability and reliability of the entire machine group. The main feature is that when the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic actuator rotates, the magnetic lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump shaft to rotate synchronously with the motor and transmitting torque without contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve without a dynamic seal, the inevitable phenomena of running, emitting, dripping, and leaking in the petrochemical industry are eliminated.
